Whilst we try our utmost to ensure all our gifts are available throughout the year, from time to time this may not be possible. Little Syd Gifts &
Celebrations reserves the right to substitute an item within the bouquets for an item of the same value and standard. Single items will be marked 'out of
stock' until they are available again. Every care is taken to ensure that the descriptions, prices and specifications on our website are up to date and
correct.

Whilst we hope you will love your Little Syd purchase if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or full
refund. Please return your purchase, in its original condition along with proof of posting, to us within 7 days of delivery. The post and
packaging charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for the package until it is returned to us. We therefore strongly recommend that you send any
returns by recorded delivery.

production processes is recycled where possible. We use both sides of all our paper before discarding it, and use recycled products for our packaging.
